Please give at least 3-4 pieces that support the theme. Some themes are great, but they could easily go in one of a hundred directions – please give us your vision.

Give us some background, explain why (or maybe even when) we aim to program do this concert, and if you're thinking that far ahead, tell us how we can either promote it to the public or how we can make it even more fun for the band. NB: if you give us more information, it'll let our committee know what you had in mind, which'll mean more of your vision can be considered.
